Scontree Ltd, with its registered office in City Road 124-128 EC1V 2NX, London, United Kingdom, offers its users a digital interface for receiving, storing, and managing digital receipts through the Scontree App, available on the Google Play App Store for Android Users and on Apple App Store for iOS Users.

2.0 Collection of Personal Data

Scontree collects personal data such as name, surname, email address, password, date of birth, PAN (personal account number) and purchase data contained in receipts to provide its service.

2.1 Use of Personal Data

Users authorize Scontree Ltd to process her/his own personal data in order to provide its service. Scontree will also use User data to communicate with users, and improve the quality of the service. The user agrees to share their personal data including transaction data with Scontree Ltd.

2.2 User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by requesting to Scontree Ltd to delete their personal data from its databases by submitting a request to privacy@scontree.com with the subject “Cancellation Request." Users also have the right to data portability to all services offered by Scontree ltd. Acceptance of the Terms implies authorization for Scontree Ltd to process users' personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

2.3 Data Security

Scontree adopts appropriate security measures to protect users' personal data. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their access credentials.

Terms and conditions of use

3.1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the services offered by Scontree, the user (hereinafter "User") expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") and agrees to comply with them. If the user uses the services on behalf of a company/organization, they guarantee that they are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.

3.2 Changes to Terms

Scontree reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be notified to users via email or in-app notification. If the user does not accept the changes, they can request the deletion of their account by writing to privacy@scontree.com.

3.3 Registration

Users who register guarantee, if they are individuals, that they are of legal age and that the information provided regarding their identity and payment method is truthful, correct, and up to date. Access to services is only allowed through the username and password chosen during registration. Users agree to promptly notify Scontree Ltd in case of suspected security breaches of their account by writing to privacy@scontree.com with the subject "Account Security Breach."

3.4 User Obligations

Users agree to use the services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws, provide truthful information regarding their identity, and safeguard their access credentials.

3.5 The Services

Scontree offers its users the service of receiving, storing, and managing digital receipts, allowing them to automatically receive digital receipts directly in the Scontree app.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

Scontree Ltd is not responsible for any false statements made by the user during registration. The company is exempt from damages suffered by third parties if their data were entered by the user who provided false information regarding their identity.

3.7 Service Interruption

Scontree reserves the right to delete the user's account in case of violation of the Terms. Access to services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.

3.8 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the app and services belong exclusively to Scontree Ltd. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Scontree the necessary rights to provide the services.
